Technical Parameters
Windows are standardly designed for wind load class 2 — 800 Pa.
In the case of buildings exposed to strong winds, technical consultation is required:
All windows are equipped with 3-pane packages.
Delivery and Unloading
Transport is carried out by a heavy vehicle with parameters:
- set length up to 19 m
- weight up to 40 tons
Unloading is performed by the driver using equipment located on the vehicle.
Customer's responsibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is accessible and suitable for delivery with the above-mentioned vehicle. The customer must ensure:
- Free, unobstructed and legal access to the delivery address
- Sufficient space for manoeuvring
- Stable, level and load-bearing surface capable of supporting the vehicle's weight
- A suitable and safe unloading area located max. 30 metres from the vehicle
If the access or surface conditions do not meet the above requirements, Ventura Vinduer reserves the right to:
- Refuse or postpone the delivery
- Unload at the nearest safe location
- Charge any additional costs associated with wasted travel, waiting time, extra handling or re-delivery
- Any delays or additional costs resulting from failure to meet the above conditions shall be borne by the customer
- The risk for the products transfers to the customer upon commencement of unloading
